Toronto Raptors vs Miami Heat Moneyline Prediction
- Moneyline Pick: Miami Heat
The Heat have a few minor advantages ahead of this matchup against the Raptors, although it’s hard to find many positive things going for either team. Both squads enter this fixture on the heels of four-game losing streaks, and both were eliminated from the NBA Cup earlier this week.
Miami lost to the Magic (117:108), and the Raptors fell to the Knicks (117:101).
One could say the Heat’s ongoing losing run has been worse, as they’ve dropped games to the Kings and the Mavericks in addition to two defeats against Orlando.
Meanwhile, Toronto have lost to the Lakers, Celtics, and Hornets. But Miami have a massive edge with home-court advantage.

They own a 7-3 record at Kaseya Center over their last 10 outings and have won their last four against the Raptors in this venue.
Miami also benefit from a healthier roster, as their lone absentee, Pelle Larsson, isn’t a regular in the rotation. The Canadian side are still adjusting to life without RJ Barrett and could also be without Immanuel Quickley.
That would put too much of a burden on just two players, Scottie Barnes and Brandon Ingram, to try and turn things around for a Toronto team averaging just 108.2 points per encounter over their last five contests.

The Raptors are also riding a two-game losing skid away from home, and given the struggles they’ve endured on both ends of the court, all signs point to that run extending. The Heat should get the win here.
Toronto Raptors vs Miami Heat Player Prop
- Prop Bet: Tyler Herro 20+ points
Herro has found it hard to fully integrate into the Heat’s offence, but it’s hard to deny he’s a talented scorer. It’s worth analysing his numbers, because they look outstanding on the surface. After all, the star guard has scored at least 20 points in each of his six appearances this season.
That said, Herro has reached the 25-point mark just once in that span. It wouldn’t be surprising if he hits it again. The Raptors lack a true defensive stopper in the backcourt, and that could work in Herro’s favour as long as he’s sharp from beyond the arc. He’s hitting 40.5 percent of his threes this season.
Toronto Raptors vs Miami Heat Same Game Parlay
- SGP: Heat to win + Over 228.5 points + Bam Adebayo double-double
Our three-leg parlay suggests that the Heat will win, but it should be a relatively high-scoring game where one of Miami’s stars should step up and carry the team. They’ll rely on their strong play at home to get the job done here.
Don’t be surprised if this ends up being a high-scoring affair. Three of Toronto’s last five encounters have featured over 230 total points, and the same mark has been hit in three of the Heat’s last six.

Five of those six have produced at least 225 total points overall, so there’s a lot of value in that points market based on recent trends.
Last but not least, Adebayo should be one of the key players for Miami. Regardless of whether he starts at centre or power forward, Adebayo could be a threat to secure a double-double after not doing so in his last two outings.
He’s achieved that in five of his previous nine appearances, averaging 18.6 points and 10.1 rebounds per game while shooting 50.8 percent from the floor during that span.
Toronto Raptors vs Miami Heat Team News
Toronto Raptors Team News
RJ Barrett is nursing a knee injury and has missed the Raptors’ last nine games. He doesn’t have a timetable for a return, and while he’s listed as doubtful, his chances of playing Monday are slim.
Immanuel Quickley is questionable due to an illness, and Jamison Battle carries the same tag, but due to an ankle problem. Neither player should have issues suiting up on Monday, though.
Miami Heat Team News
Terry Rozier is away from the team due to an off-court issue under investigation by federal authorities and isn’t expected to return anytime soon.
Among active players, Pelle Larsson is the only absence for the Heat. He’s dealing with an ankle injury, and while he’s not expected to be available on Monday, he should be able to return to the hardwood sooner rather than later.
