AC Milan vs Como Main Match Info

AC Milan vs Como Moneyline Prediction

AC Milan are coming off a hard-fought 2-1 road win over Pisa, and while that outcome was expected, it also extended their impressive run of form, which has them among the top title candidates in Serie A

The Rossoneri are undefeated in their last nine league contests (W6, D3), with four wins in their last five. It’s fair to say they’re in one of their best stretches of the campaign.

The same can’t be said for Como, as they’re coming off a disappointing 2-1 home loss to a Fiorentina side that has spent most of the season threatened by relegation. That was the Lariani’s first defeat since January 15.

However, given that the previous loss came at the hands of AC Milan, there’s reason for concern heading into this fixture.

Como have won their last five road outings across all competitions, but their Serie A away record sits at W5, D3, L3. Even if they’re trending in the right direction, it’s hard to see them getting past a Milan team that have allowed just five goals during their nine-match undefeated run. Playing at San Siro should give the Rossoneri the edge in what shapes up to be a tight game.

Pulisic started on the bench in the 2-1 win over Pisa but showed glimpses of his quality after coming on. The playmaker is expected to return to the XI this time around and should be a massive threat in the final third.

The USMNT star hasn’t scored in six appearances in the current calendar year, but he should break the duck in this one, as this matchup presents a favourable opportunity to do so.

AC Milan vs Como Same Game Parlay

Milan are the stronger side and should be able to secure the victory here, especially since they’ll be playing at home. However, this isn’t expected to be a high-scoring affair.

Eight of the Rossoneri’s nine games in their undefeated run have produced under 3.5 total goals, and they’ll be facing a Como defence that ranks as the second-best in Serie A (GC: 18).

It also wouldn’t be surprising if both teams don’t score here, as the Lariani have struggled to find the back of the net against top-level clubs in Serie A. They’ve lost to Inter Milan (4-0) and Roma (1-0) and drawn at Napoli (0-0). That doesn’t bode well for their chances of scoring here.
