Manchester City vs Paris Saint-Germain Main Match Info

Manchester City vs Paris Saint-Germain Moneyline Prediction

Manchester City extended its impressive start to the 2026-27 season with a commanding 3-0 victory over Liverpool in its most recent outing. Enzo Maresca’s men posted a 1.29 xG and 65% possession at Anfield. The team has won all six Premier League matches this season and its last eight competitive games.

Paris Saint-Germain played an alternative side over the weekend but still secured a comfortable 3-1 win over Le Mans (xG: 4.25-1.43), highlighting the squad’s depth as Luis Enrique rested most of the internationals. Les Parisiens have had an up-and-down start to the season but are trending in the right direction with four straight wins in all competitions, including their 6-1 thrashing of Slovan Bratislava in the UCL opener.

Man City has the better form, but it has yet to face a team as dangerous and talented offensively as PSG; Liverpool played with 10 men for the final half-hour. The reigning Champions League winners will rely on their elite attack to get past City’s defensive line, as they’re averaging 3.0 goals per game in their four-game winning streak. The Cityzens have kept five clean sheets in their last six, but none of those opponents can match the attacking quality PSG brings to the Etihad.

Manchester City vs Paris Saint-Germain Player Prop

Ousmane Dembele was rested for the weekend win over Le Mans with this trip in mind. Widely expected to lead the attack, the France international is off to a slow start, but he’s known for stepping up in big games. He recorded two goals and two assists in the win over Slovan Bratislava and will look to add to his tally in this trip to England, having not scored since that brace.

Manchester City vs Paris Saint-Germain Same Game Parlay

My parlay backs an open, back-and-forth contest between two of Europe’s most talented attacks. Manchester City is averaging 2.67 goals per game in the Premier League and has scored 13 in its last three competitive matches, while PSG is scoring “only” 1.83 goals per fixture but has rotated constantly on the domestic front.

With both teams routinely scoring around two goals per game, chances should come at both ends. BTTS has landed in six of PSG’s last seven across all competitions. It hasn’t hit often in Man City’s games, though, landing just once in its last six.

With just one match played in the current UCL campaign, I’m digging into the domestic numbers for the corners market. With Manchester City averaging 5.2 corners per game and Paris Saint-Germain averaging 5.0, a relatively conservative over 8.5 corners line looks attainable.

Manchester City vs Paris Saint-Germain Team News

Manchester City Team News

Manchester City has a clean bill of health ahead of this match. Maresca rotated little against Liverpool and isn’t expected to make many changes here.

The predicted lineup should feature Gianluigi Donnarumma between the posts, Marc Guehi in central defence, Enzo Fernandez patrolling the midfield, and Erling Haaland up front.

Paris Saint-Germain Team News

Dembele and Nuno Mendes were rested in the win over Le Mans over the weekend, and both players are expected to start in this clash. The same goes for Achraf Hakimi, Vitinha, Joao Neves, and Fabian Ruiz, all players who came off the bench in that match.

PSG’s only injury absence is youngster Sonny Mayulu, who’s dealing with a thigh issue, but he’s not expected to have a prominent role even when he’s healthy.
