Denver Nuggets vs Oklahoma City Thunder Moneyline Prediction

The Nuggets are coming off one of their best performances of the season, having defeated the Boston Celtics on Wednesday while limiting them to just 36 points in the second half.

However, they’ve been inconsistent of late and haven’t won back-to-back games since late January. They travel to OKC on the heels of a 4-3 record over their last seven outings, but they’ve also gone 4-6 in the last 10.

The Thunder haven’t looked as bad as the Nuggets from a record perspective, as they’re 6-4 over their last 10 encounters.

However, Oklahoma City suffered a 124-116 loss to the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday and continue to struggle offensively without their best players.

Both Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams remain sidelined with injuries, limiting the team’s offensive potential a great deal.

Don’t be surprised if these two sides meet again in the 2026 NBA Playoffs. Right now, though, it’s clear the Nuggets have an advantage despite playing on the road simply because they’re healthier. It promises to be a tight contest, but Denver should find a way to come out on top.

Jokic is coming off a 30-point, 12-rebound, six-assist performance in the win over the Celtics, but prior to that, he posted a triple-double of 35 points, 20 rebounds, and 12 assists against the Warriors on Sunday.

The star big man has been nearly unstoppable and is averaging 26.4 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 8.8 assists per game in his 11 appearances since returning from a knee injury.

Look for him to fill the stat sheet once again in what could be a favourable matchup, particularly if either Chet Holmgren or Isaiah Hartenstein sits due to injury.

Denver Nuggets vs Oklahoma City Thunder Same Game Parlay

The Nuggets’ 103-84 win over the Celtics snapped a streak of 10 straight Denver games that had finished with more than 225 total points. Even though that total might be a bit high for this matchup, it’s unlikely to turn into a defensive grind given all the offensive talent on both sides.

We’re pairing the high-scoring nature of the clash with point totals for two of the best players on the court.

Holmgren might fall on the under in terms of points once again, as he hasn’t reached the 18-point mark in 10 appearances in a row, but Murray should step up for Denver.

The star floor general had scored at least 20 points in four straight games before Wednesday’s meeting with Boston, where he only played eight minutes.

Denver Nuggets Team News

The Nuggets are listing Jamal Murray as questionable due to an illness. However, the star floor general has been a regular presence on the injury report only to be cleared before tip-off, so he shouldn’t have issues suiting up on Friday.

Jalen Pickett (knee) is questionable, but his absence wouldn’t make much of a difference since he’s not a regular piece of the rotation.

Denver are also listing Aaron Gordon (hamstring) as doubtful. Even though the star forward is working hard to return to the court, there’s a chance this game might come too soon for him. Peyton Watson (hamstring) and Tamar Bates (foot) remain out, so the team’s overall depth in the frontcourt will be tested once again.

Oklahoma City Thunder Team News

Gilgeous-Alexander (abdomen) and Williams (hamstring) remain sidelined, but the former could return since he’s carrying a questionable tag and will be a game-time decision.

Williams’ case is a bit more complicated, as the star forward isn’t expected to be back on the court until early March in a best-case scenario.

To make things more complicated, several starters and regulars are carrying injury tags ahead of Friday’s matchup. Alex Caruso (calf), Isaiah Joe (lower body), Chet Holmgren (back), and Ajay Mitchell (ankle) are questionable, while Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) is probable.

The absence of either Holmgren or Hartenstein would be a huge blow for the Thunder, given the threat of Jokic at the other end.
